ABOUT ME

WARNING - If you have any pains - especially in the chest area or difficulty in breathing - get them checked out by a professional medical person - don't be an idiot like me & ignore them!

Firstly a quick Introduction:

My name is Geoff Owen - born & bred in Stoke On Trent - Tunstall till the age of 7 then 'up Chell' until I moved down to Solihull.

At 18 (or 17) I started to work 'down the pit' (a coal mine) - then went into the RAF.

Whilst in the RAF I started to do Kleeneze (the catalogue business) - built that up so I was earning more doing that than the RAF were paying me!

I then left the RAF to do Kleeneze full time - after the demise of Kleeneze due to a takeover by an unscrupulous American family I got involved as a Pioneer Partner with VivaMK a similar business to Kleeneze. So I've been Self Employed now for over 21 years. It's great not having a boss!

I've always been fit - other than having Hay Fever all of my life - had a Hernia Op a few years ago after trying to do the impossible (I like a challenge).

I have always kept fit - a runner - my best time for a 10K - 36 minutes & 36 seconds (I was a late starter).

I have NEVER smoked & the last few years my drinking is VERY limited, also I eat quite healthily and try not to eat fatty food.

Well that's a quick intro - I may add to this in future.
